New Beat Generation

Percussionlab is a music collective of like-minded artists, DJs, record labels, and selectors. They began in the Summer of 2002 as a radio show hosted by Praveen Sharma on the independent upstate New York radio station, WVKR featuring electronic and underground hip-hop music for a new kind of beat generation. A few years later, Percussionlab relocated to New York City to produce a series of events featuring artists like Flying Lotus, Jimmy Edgar, Machinedrum, Khonnor, and more.

Challenge

Design posters and flyers for a monthly electronic music event. Coordinate printing and delivery of materials. Keep designs fresh and inventive month-to-month.
